register_camera_event_callback(*args)

Register a callback for a connected camera and event identifier.

Use (camera, event, callback) with EventCallbackBase.process_event() or process_event_with_payload(). The four-argument form (camera, callback, user, event) calls run(event_id); user is accepted but is not forwarded. CAMERA_EVENT_ALL subscribes to all events.

Event values are copied before Python dispatch. Callback exceptions are retained by Camera.pop_callback_errors(). SDK calls in callbacks wait for other SDK calls to finish. :return: ErrorStatus. :raises TypeError: The argument count or camera type is invalid.

unregister_camera_event_callback(camera, event)

Unregister an event, or all events with CAMERA_EVENT_ALL; return ErrorStatus.
